This equipment is 2-picture encoder to make 3D high definition picture.

Side By Side Encoder can make one 3D high definition picture by compressing 2 pictures (L channel and R channel) into the horizontal direction. Side By Side Decoder can separate one 3D high definition picture to 2 high definition pictures conversely.

By using this equipment, standard high definition recorder can record the 3D video signal with keeping synchronization. Also, live transmission (3D-IPTV) of the signal became possible.
Input/output is HD-SDI. The picture quality and the synchronous precision are corresponded to the broadcast quality.
